Our mission is to provide a boutique, cutting edge style of management that encourages saving time, resources and money so that more energy can be spent on providing the best possible property management experience. We strive to find new ways that allow us to focus more on people by breaking the barriers of the traditional style property management. Primarily, this is achieved through new technology services that reduce the burdens of costly overhead administration so staff time can be redirected to the needs of owners and tenants.
Objectives
The property management industry can be paper intensive, wasting a lot of resources and people’s valuable time. This can result in a lot of unnecessary paper pushing to fulfill administration requirements and sometimes forgetting there are real people’s lives involved. Our mission is to implement the newest in technology services with an aim at streamlining and minimizing paperwork so we can focus more on providing exceptional customer service. The less paperwork we have to handle the more time we have with you, our clients and tenants.
Implementation
We encourage paperless management by providing tenants a way to apply for units, pay for rent and send maintenance requests online. Our owners can log into their account to receive paperless statements and receive their payments via overnight bank to bank payment. Vendors can receive work orders, submit invoices and get paid all electronically. We use web-based property management software allowing access and information to staff anytime, anywhere.
Summary
Moving beyond paper helps the service industry focus on customer’s ever evolving housing needs. While still providing all the regulatory needs of our industry, we will find, develop or implement whatever policy advances property management services beyond paperwork and into the 21st century needs and desires of our customers.
