Excluded Breeds:

Rottweiler, Pitt Bull, Chow, Akita or mixtures of these breeds.

Required Paperwork:

If the unit allows pets, you must provide the following paperwork:

1. Vaccination Records
2. Spay/Neuter Records
3. Photo of Pet
4. Pet License – We require pet license for all properties.

5. Renter’s Insurance: Preferred Northwest Property Management must be listed as an additional interest.

Security Deposit:

$300 per pet

Pet Rent:

$20 per month, per pet
